At Little Roots Learning Alaska, our tutoring system is built upon the idea that no two students learn exactly the same. We begin with an intake process where we meet with both the student and parent(s) to understand where the student currently is and where they hope to go. This process will help identify what learning strategies and techniques may be most effective for helping the student become a stronger learner. We look at personality traits, what has worked in the past as well and what the student needs to continue learning at a high level.
Sessions are held once or twice a week in person over the course of the semester. Students will identify and track self-motivated goals as well as review weekly workload. Sessions are designed around student skill level as well as homework load and upcoming projects.

Plan I
60 minute sessions once a week (18 total)
$1000 per semester or $216 per month
Plan III
90 minute sessions once a week (18 total)
$1200 per semester or $270 per month
Summer Learning Pods
60 minute sessions, up to 3x/week
$40 per session
Plan II
60 minute sessions twice a week (36 total)
$1650 per semester or $360 per month
Plan IV
$75 per session scheduled 24-hours in advance
