Marcus is from Fairbanks, Alaska and is a member of the Shee-Atiká Indian Tribe. He was fortunate to have great educators and developed a love for math and science. He began tutoring in High School and continued to tutor through out his undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. After a brief time working in the private sector and finishing his M.S. in Chemistry he is excited to share his love of math and science with the next generation of Interior Alaska students.
